Please join us for a day retreat at the elephant rooms, dedicate time to yourself to rebalance. No previous experience of yoga necessary, this day retreat is open to all levels.

10.00 - 10.30 Breathe:
Welcome drink & technology detox. This day is for YOU, so for one day we will invite you to turn your phones to flight mode allowing you to immerse yourself fully without any distractions. Shortly after the welcome drink we will start the morning with some pranayama (breathing exercises).
10.30 - 12.30 ENERGISE with AGNI (fire) yoga:
This practice is designed to challenge the body and the mind. We will create a safe space to explore sticking with challenging feelings.
12.00 - 13.00 Lunch time:
A vegetarian light lunch of falafels, salad, toasted nuts, feta, pomegranate and pineapple will be provided. We are happy to create something just for you, so please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
13.00 - 14.00 REVIVE:
After lunch we will move into some grounding floor sequences opening up through the hips and finishing with mantra and meditation. 14.00 - 14.30: Refreshment break
14.30 - 15.30 RELAX:
We will end the day by slowly winding down the body with a restorative yoga practice, finishing with yoga nidra (sleep yoga).
15.30 - 16.00: Warming drink and goodbye.
AGNI believes that everyone has a right to mental health and wellbeing services. We support community health and wellbeing projects and 30% of all proceeds for the AGNI yoga day retreat will go directly to aid the work of the elephant rooms.
